the journey continues.....
here is a continuation of my journey in the kitchen.....the next step after learning how to set up a kitchen is learning how to cut up different vegetables.Here are some pictures of the vegies thats were cut up
haha nix...i see u still remember:)good stuf!!!y is it that julienne is the one most of us remember!!!there is paysenne,macedoine,mirepoix,brunoisse,cisoler.... yes nya..the writing are the types of cuts you can use when cutting vegies....it all depends on what your using the vegie for...
is the writing on the plates instructions on the type of cuts or?
